Public Health Inspector shot dead in Elpitiya

Elpitiya, Feb 26 (Daily Mirror) - A Public Health Inspector (PHI) was shot dead in Divithurugama, Elpitiya this morning, police said.

They said the shooting took place at his residence near the Kurundugaha Hathekma Southern Expressway interchange in Divithurugama.

The deceased, a father of three, is identified as Deepal Roshan Kumara, who is attached to the Karandeniya Public Health Inspector's office.

Better never comment if anyone who're not sure what they're talking about. PHI is simply a job that every country has it that to identify,report and make process if there is any health hazardous in public like in restaurants,hotels,street food and public events. They're not Medical practitioner or Health professionals or even studying medical.
