Dr. R.H.S. Samaratunge was appointed as the secretary to the Ministry of Finance and Mass Media by President Maithripala Sirisena today, President’s Media Unit said.

When cabinet change secretaries has to be changed. Previous one appointed by MR prime minister cabinet. They had placed person who was there before illegal cabinet back
