Ranil Wickremesinghe has taken the lead in postal votes from Jaffna securing 38.56% of the votes with a total of 9,277 ballots.

Following him is Sajith Premadasa, who garnered 7,640 votes while the third position is held by Ariyanethiran Pakkiyaselvam, receiving 17.48% of the votes with 4,207 ballots.

Meanwhile, Anura Kumara Dissanayake earned 2,250 votes.
