Akeressa, Sep 8 (Daily Mirror) - An election office for Presidential candidate Ranil Wickremesinghe in Akuressa was damaged last night, UNP Working Committee Member and UNP Akuressa Organiser Dinouk Colombage said.

"Our opponents have tried to defeat us at this election on policies, and that has failed. The public has rejected their promises. They are now trying to intimidate us and our supporters. That too will fail," Colombage added.

Police should find the culprits and the courts must impose severe penalties to make these rascals an example to all like minded people. Once the village courts are in place . They will solve your case within hours and implement the judgement immediately. You do not have spend hefty amount for lawyers, NPP lawyers will charge a fixed amount per case. As cases will not last years you may only end up spending a fraction of what you currently spend.
