Ruwan to contest Gampaha from New Democratic Front

Colombo, October 10 (Daily Mirror) - United National Party (UNP) Deputy Leader and Gampaha District Leader Ruwan Wijewardene will contest the upcoming General Elections under the gas cylinder symbol of the New Democratic Front.

He signed his nomination papers earlier today.

It's sad to see how RW has decimated this once-mighty UNP. Deputy Leader is unable to contest the election from the UNP and has to use another vehicle to do so.
