SJB has not entered into deals with anyone: Chamith Wijesundara
Colombo, August 15 (Daily Mirror) - The Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) has not entered into any deal with anyone, including Namal Rajapaksa, SJB youth wing Samagi Tharuna Balawegaya National Organizer Chamith Wijesundara said today.
"It is the other candidates who have a history of striking political deals. It was the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) which entered into deals with Chandrika Kumaratunga and Mahinda Rajapaksa in the past. They even entered into a deal with the UNP to back Sarath Fonseka in 2010," Wijesundara said.
"Those who were known as Mr. Clean have lost that image today," he added.
He also said that people should not get deceived by false promises.
