School girl abducted, hidden in underground bunker

Buttala, June 13 (Daily Mirror)- A 14 year-old schoolgirl, who was kindnapped and hidden in an underground chamber, was rescued by a group of police officers in the Buttala area.

Th girl is a resident of Katugahagalge in Buttala.

A 25-year-old man, his uncle who prepared the bunker and two other youths who assisted the man to abduct the girl are among those arrested.

According to information recieved by the police, the suspects had assualted the father and mother of the girl and abducted the girl.

Upon interrogation, the suspect had revealed to the police how the girl had been hidden in the house.

The motorcycle that was used for the abduction was also taken into police custody.

If you have evidence of SLPP then please go to the courts. GR did not do such things , he didn't even use teargas on any protestor. He avoided bloodshed by fleeing the country. He could have stayed on power if had opted for military control. These abductors are supporters of NPP and these are their methods of governance. You will see more of it in future.

I hope no damage is caused to the girl. All the suspects must be given the maximum punishment when convicted. These cases must be given priority and end in a few months
