Security heightened at airport

Colombo, September 21 (Daily Mirror) - Security at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) has reportedly been tightened to conduct search operations.

According to the area correspondent, around 200 Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) personnel have been deployed at the airport.

It is most likely to catch those who came to vote for a former red party leader and strip them off citizenship as some have obtained citizenship elsewhere but not informed the authority. This shows next president will not be former red party leader.
