Avant Garde Chairman, Nissanka Senadhipathi was prevented from entering the Presidential Secretariat yesterday by a group of protestors who were staging a protest outside.
Senadhipathi arrived at the Presidential Secretariat to attend to a personal matter, when he was prevented from entering the premises by a group of teachers who were protesting outside.
After much argument, Senadhipathi was forced to get into his vehicle and turn away. The protestors were blocking anyone from entering the Presidential Secretariat.
