Colombo, November 26 (Daily Mirror) - The Disaster Management Centre (DMC) announced today that several roads in the Badulla and Passara areas are obstructed due to heavy rainfall till last night.

The Badulla-Bandarawela road is blocked near the Uduwara Milk Factory, while the Haputale-Beragala road and the third-mile post area on the Badulla-Passara road are also impassable.

The Spring Valley road via Kandana in Badulla is reported to be blocked. Mounds of earth collapsed at the seventh-mile post on the Badulla-Passara main road.

Meanwhile, the Arawakumbura road on the Bibila-Lunugala route is completely obstructed.
