Colombo, Jan 31 (Daily Mirror) - Shasheendra Rajapaksa has been sworn in as the State Minister for Irrigation and Water Resources Management before President Ranil Wickremesinghe a short while ago at the Presidential Secretariat.

It is indeed laughable that most of these family members do not have basic education OR basic common sense to have a passing IQ level.
