20A,is not for common people,it's for someone having dual citizenship can be a MP, or minister of now even Prez, they can plunder the govt.corporations as much as possible,leaving only name board at the end of 5 years,Perz ,would not answerable for those irregularities,those seem to be adding to our constitution
