Sri Lanka welcomes ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism in Colombo has welcomed the announcement of a ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon.
"We remain hopeful that the ceasefire will pave the way for enduring peace and stability in Lebanon and the region," the Ministry said.
