Sri Lankan children will complete degrees by age 21 soon

Parliament, Dec. 5 (daily Mirror)- Sri Lankan children will be able to complete university degrees when they reach the age of 21 in accordance with proposed the new education reforms, Minister of Education Susil Premajayantha told Parliament today.

The Minister said a child will be able to enter university when he or she reaches the age of 17.

"Also, a new concept of pre-primary education will be introduced soon," he added.
