SriLankan Airlines back to normal after global outage

Colombo, July 19 (Daily Mirror) - SriLankan Airlines said its internet booking services have been fully restored as of 2 pm today following the mass IT outage faced around the world.

The airline's online booking system faced disruptions due to a global outage affecting third-party service providers.

The issue, which caused significant inconvenience to passengers trying to book flights online, has been resolved, and normal service has resumed.

Just like the “ butterfly effect “ in Mathematical Physics, a technical problem affecting an American Tech Company, Microsoft, is all it needed to bring essential services ( airlines , hospitals, banks, etc) globally to a standstill. While it shows to the world the stupidity of depending on one company for vital services , this shows to the non-white world how the West is controlling the planet.

the outage is caused by crowdstrike cybersecurity firm's software update for machines running on windows platform mostly used by banks, airlines, supermakets etc. pc's unable boot after running the updates

AKD is going to say that the government put the blame on global outage for Sri Lankans airline outage and will say that a NPP government will not allow such outages. They might probably scare of Bill Gates as well.

The irony of this headline is certainly not lost on readers. What is "normal" for Sri Lankan airlines these days? Still Usually Late? Still Unprepared and Lackadaisical? Still Unreliable and Lacklustre? Sri Lankan airlines has been experiencing a "global outage" for a few years now that I'm surprised that they even noticed it!!!
