Suspect arrested with Rs. 200 million worth of drugs
A suspect had been arrested in Ambalangoda with 12 kgs of synthetic drug known as 'Mandy' yesterday, Police said.
Police suspect that the contraband has a street value of more than 200 million rupees.
It is suspected that the drug was smuggled to Sri Lanka by sea.
The raid was carried out by a team of officers from the Mount Lavinia Police Division.
