A nation goes hungry to educate these scums who won't get through basic university education after more than 5 years! What a crime? We all should be hung for paying direct and indirect taxes to educate these useless folk!

The nation goes hungry not because of the IUSF. Perhaps you need to remember who caused all this in the first place
Have you stopped to think how a government has $$ to buy tear gas and import water cannon but not for food or fuel ?

Provide gas, milk, fertiliser, and all these recent lacks, and jail the greedy family still getting ready to rob more and more. Listen to IUSF and have decent discussions instead of arrogance. Release Vasantha and thero and protests will stop. Behave human.

It is simple to stop recurring protects by heeding to IUSF demand bY releasing the two activists held under -PTA unconditionally, govt. has to be flexible to solve problems "for the people, by the people, to the people ",is democracy

Every Friday they get a free bath at our expense. An excellent way to save money on water consumption.

Ranil’s tactic of getting a set of politically literate to parliament to listen to his dry jokes has not worked. Having been a universal student in my teens I know the heart beat of undergraduates who have to study with minimal facilities. Ranil allocated Rs. 200 million to build a medical faculty. What a joker. A MRI scanner cost Rs. 300 million.

In my point of view POLICE Force of Ceylon trying there level best to protect the Country but I am not too sure any sort of law suits for the organizers of the protest. Young blood got some sort of aggressive attitudes these organizers clearly knew about it and twist their mind. Those thugs never ever being peace and never ever let the Country to overcome it’s major obstacles. Even an illiterate human can understand what is current President is doing, some people say he is a thug and fox. But he got Political experience to rule the Country. But he fail to make a propaganda to explain what will be the outcomes of his International Policies and moves. Give him some time if you fail to bound with the International ties there will be deaths because of starvation in Ceylon. Be aware about it before Ceylon went to IMF there are plenty of opposition parties were opposed it. But decent and discipline of the Citizens of Ceylon will overcome these current economical problems.

Thank God we have enough dollars to buy tear gas even though not enough for food or fuel ! Things must be improving
It's encouraging to see GOSL has it's priorities right.

Who is behind these youth rioters? CID must investigate that first and reveal whose hidden hand is involved in getting the country to remain a bankrupt state.

These protests are backed by terrorist groups to destroy srilanka. Illegal activities during this protest time. IUSF should be wiped off, as they are disturbing our routine work and jobs.
Hate to see old guys also in universities. may be hired fellows.

We need a total system change. Presidential system must go, electoral system must change, never seen democracy at the heights of silliness, where you win or lose yet you can be at the top. Let's have transparency, accountability, meritocracy and Judiciary above board.

There is no use pointing the fingers at IUSF. Why can't the fellows talking against the IUSF take the task to chase the Rajapakshes and their stooges who brought the country to the knees ?. The aragalaya has to restart in a big way.

Free education is a crime... Even in Singapore they don't give free education... Any citizen should pay minimum amount else they take for granted. IUSF should be demolished
