Potuhera, March 6 (Daily Mirror) - Three persons died in an accident near Bulogolla Junction in Potuhera on the Colombo-Kurunegala Main Road last night.

Police said the accident occurred when a three-wheeler collided head-on with a vegetable transport lorry travelling from Kurunegala to Colombo.

In the accident, four people who were travelling in the three-wheeler were seriously injured and admitted to the Kurunegala Hospital, where three died.

Police said the identities of the deceased have not been confirmed yet.

The driver of the lorry has been arrested by the Potuhera police.
