Two injured, 4 arrested during Education Ministry protest

Colombo, December 2 (Daily Mirror) - Two Development Officers attached to the teachers' service were injured and four others were arrested during a protest in front of the Education Ministry, police said.

They added that the injured officers were admitted to the Colombo General Hospital.

The protest was held in front of the Education Ministry, demanding that Development Officers be integrated into the Teachers' Service.
