Court of appeal today directed returning officer and election commissioner to accept all 19 UPFA nomination papers for Local Government Election in Jaffna and Kilinochchi districts. (SSS)

It was a language problem. Court decision is good. If you submit something correctly in one language, everybody should accept it even though translations are wrong. good decision indeed.

CMC rejection was due to age problem. This time also court rejected all the petitions that not satisfy age requirement. So..the law is clear. I can'd find fault with it.
