A seven year old boy was killed on the spot while his father and sister escaped with injuries, when a private passenger bus collided with their motorcycle this morning in Puttalam, police said.

They said the three were on their way to Sunday school when tragedy struck at Karamba on the Puttalam –Kalpitiya main road around 7.30 am.
Three victim’s three-year old sister and father were admitted to the Puttalam hospital with injuries. Puttalam police arrested the driver of the private bus, they said. (Hiran Priyankara- Puttalam)

So sorry about this little one on his way to school. This is sickening! Where else do you hear of such wicked deeds by the utterly greedy?! This is not even a rare occurance.
