Never knew that Libya was the highest purchaser of Sri Lankan Tea. Minister - may be it's time you get to the good books of the western block to export to the real tea drinkers.

"Tea and Sympathy" to the dictator-friend of the King, probably to "curry" favour. Even if eveil Gaddafi falls, there will be some government in Libya and instead of mourning the loss of evil friends, the ministers should learn how to do marketing to whoever is in charge. Also, as Jodie says, we need the western block market as well and should not be confined only to evil, dictatorial regimes.
