President Rajapaksa has instructed the Ministries of Education and Higher Education, the Department of Examinations and the University Grants Commission to immediately implement the recommendations made by the Committee appointed by him, the Presidential Secretariat stated.

we don't need anything IMMIDIATELY. All we need is justice. If you can remember, "Immidiately" caused every trouble. President told to the department, to release results immidiately, within 24 hours. At that stage Committee hasn't taken a desition about final Z score formula. But they had to finalized because of president's order. It is where, a wrong Z score formula outs. Then department had to out results within few hours. It is where the District rank trouble is occured.
But we should not forget, department and UGC had about 5 years to make a decision about a combined Z score formula.

But now they are always taking IMMIDIATE ACTIONS.

Finally, innocent childrend have to suffer because of authorities carelessness
