Presidential candidate Aithurus M. Illias withdrew from the race for the Presidency today and extended support to General Sarath Fonseka on the grounds that he has assured communal harmony. Illias is a former SLMC MP for the Jaffna District. (YP)

What about the communal harmony that exists under Mahinda Rajapakse. Why look for something from SF when it already exists under Mahinda.
