Anura reveals names of relatives in Foreign Service

While criticizing the country’s foreign policy JVP Leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake yesterday revealed names of relatives of government politicians and henchmen in the Foreign Service.

Speaking in Parliament he also said that Sri Lanka's Foreign Service has become a branch of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party because of these appointments and also revealed that most of the appointments had been made based on relationship and not based on education qualifications.

Well done Mr. Anura, you have missed Bundula Jayasekera , Consul General in Sydney. This is his 2nd posting. some they couldn't passed any competitive exam to enter the government service in their lives. That why they are going from back door. How many political appointments have given to the other ranks all over the Sri Lankan embassies out of the service .They do not work properly but carry tales against other officers to get favours from politicians.

Yes we knew it cus last week I visited Abu Dhabi Embbasy which is working hours from 8.30-2.00 pm and lunch break from 12:30-1.00 they only work 5hours and I visited around 2:30 for urgent matter but they didn't respond before.i go I made a call they didn't respond they take more than 2month to issue a passport but most importen is there are working for us but In urgent matter our embassy closed

I respect your patriotism Mr. Anura. You are the only leader who can save our country from destruction. You are the only person who can be trusted by all sensible Sri Lankans - Sinhalese, Tamil & Muslims together. Only question is will other big shots in your party and your supporters WILL have your own mentality ? If you prove that all Sri Lankans ( leaving off the boot lickers ) will support you.

Anura please do release the names of all the kings relatives and associates in every sphere of the government.

For miracle of Asia. This very small list gives very clear idea about our leaders. They have no agenda to develop the country but develop their family and supporters tree. And one thing is sure most voters in SriLanka are idiots. If they are not, why they choose all the time UNP or SLFP or alliances which will follow same road map since 1948?
