All leave taken by Army personnel have been canceled until further notice due to election duty for the Presidential Elections next week, Military spokesman Brigadier Udaya Nanayakkara told Daily Mirror online.
He added that personnel with emergencies will be permitted to take the necessary leave while others who did not take use of the postal voting will also be allowed to vote on the 26th. (GS)
