No wonder why the new Kandy road is congested from Koswatta junction to Borella, as all the traffic going from Kaduwela to Urugodawatta along the low level road has to take new Kandy road.

This is a most important Road in Sri Lanka , which connects East , Uva, Part of Central Provinces , Part of southern including Hambantota to Colombo .... but I could not understand why the Road widening is not taking place on this particular road ......
