The bodies of a man and his two year old daughter were recovered this morning from a garden well at Panwila in Kandy, the police said.

Police suspect it as a suicide due to a family dispute. Investigations had revealed that the child’s mother has been employed abroad.

The Panwila police are conducting further investigations.
