The case against Duminda Silva and Hansil Ishar regarding the alleged sexual abuse of a underage girl was withdrawn after the lawyer representing the victim, told the Presidents Council that the case was causing emotional distress to the client.

The case was taken up at the Colombo Magistrate this morning. (TFT)
