What is the mission of the CEB, is it to make profit or to supply electricity to the consumer at reasonable rate? Heavy profit should not be their motive, they should break even.

Any organization would show profit like this if they also get their raw material at half price (like CEB gets from Petroleum Corp at half price).

Try and get more discounts from CPC, then next year you could show more profits.
