Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) workers are to launch work to rule campaign from midnight today after the meeting with the President failed. The Ministry of Power assures an uninterrupted power supply.

we, the innocent consumer who have no say in any of this will have to bear the brunt of this inconsiderate action and also be called upon to pay for the pay-hikes, if not directly then at least indirectly.
