Before you call the Army Genocidal, inquire whether these soldiers have received any Psychological assessment and Therapy after the Trauma of the 30 year war on Terrorism. From the news that we receive the Army has only been Lauded for their efforts in ending the war, not for the Psychological Distress and Trauma they would have felt after killing so many Humans, even if they were Terrorists!

In the case of innocents they kill and pay. In the case of their cronies they pay and kill.

The Government thinks that Money is God. That is the present tragedy in Sri Lanka. The GOSL thinks Money for Lives lost, will solve all ills. Not the provision of Clean water, which is the birthright of all Sri Lankans. Our former Kings had the right idea,. At least MR should look back at our Proud History and see what made our former Kings Great. It is Water, not War that is still remembered, of the great Kings of yore, e.g. Kala Veva, Parakrama Samudra, etc.!
