Divulapitiya PS chairman arrested
The Chairman of the Divulapitiya Pradeshiya Sabha Indika Anuruddha and another person were arrested today in connection with an assault incident at Dehigaha Pallama, Kotadeniyawa yesterday, the Police said.
The victim is undergoing treatment at the Negombo Hospital.
The suspect is to be produced in the Muniwangoda Magistrate Courts, the Police said.
