Dy.Min. Sarana released on bail

Deputy Minister Sarana Gunawardane and fifteen other suspects were released on bail by the Attanagalla Magistrate Court a short while ago on charges of damaging a private property in Horogalla.

Chairman of the Attanagalla Pradeshiya Sabha Upul Mahendra was also among the suspects, who were released on Rs. 100,000 bail.

There are 3 laws in Srilanka, 1,Sarath Fonseka law, in which the law act very fast,case filed decison taken swiftly.2,SaranaGunawardana,Chandana Kathriarachchi law the application of this law is very slow,take lot of time,police say no evdence then man go scot free.Duminda Silva law here law looks the other way and the man will go where ever he wants to go.Law is very shy and always pretend as nothing happened.
