Enjoining order on COPE report on CB bond issue

Colombo District Court has issued an enjoining order preventing the publication or circulation of the Committee On Public Enterprises (COPE) sub-committee report on the Central Bank Bond issue until July 23.

The order had been issued sequent to a petition filed by Deputy Minister Sujeewa Senasinghe.
