When the minor staff goes on strike the lecturers are not even willing to lift a finger to open the lecture rooms for the sake of the undergraduates to have a lecture. So they get paid leave. I wonder whether there are 'ayas and boyias" in every lecturers home to open a door or to switch a light when they require power.
