Department of Police are the custodian of the Law of the land. They must act with in the law. These officers services should be terminated and punish them as per law.

One month ago a prisnor released from Guantanamo prison ( In Cuba owned by USA government) after 12 years by American government. He was suspected of terrorist activities but during his incarceration no charges were levelled against him.No lawyers were allowed to see him. He was just threw out after 12 years. Many people were there like him without charges levelling against them.American constitution ( an amendment signed by Obama) gives permission to authorities to keep people without charging them indefinitely.

This is a clear violation of a citizen's right according our Laws. Law enforcement officers cannot take law into their own hands. What surprises me most is that for 30 days they had been held illegally in a Police Station and others in the station had not reported this to the superiors. How come? The officer in charge of administration is supposed to go around the station to inspect the cleanliness and general administration of police personnel and civil staff. via DM iPad app
