Five persons are reported missing while Six others were rescued after a boat overturned in the Kottai Kallaru Lagoon in Batticaloa this evening, Kalawanchikudi hospital sources said.

Sixn persons in the boat were rescued by villagers in the area. It is reported that the board was filled over capacity. (Daily Mirror)
