Hand over houses in North: Tilvin

The JVP today called on the government to handover to its original owners 1,202 houses it acquired during the war in the North. JVP General Secretary Tilwin Silva told a news conference that the houses should be handed over to the owners while the government should take steps to establish full civil administration in the North. (YP)
