A man was arrested with 3 kgs of heroin worth Rs. 30 million from Wattala last night by the Police Narcotics Bureau.

Police Spokesman Ruwan Gunasekara today said that they had also recovered Rs. 2.43 million worth cash in the possession of the suspect who is a resident of Kandana.

“Two vehicles suspected to have been used to transport heroin were also taken into custody,” he said.(DS)
