The LLRC should release statement saying that its report would be of more substance and authntic than the report delivered by Colin Powell to UNSC to justify the invasion of Iraq.

What you mean by 'highest quality' is that the report should be in line with your expectations. Also, we expect no less then the 'highest quality' report on how you assasinated / murdered Osama and Gaddafi.
