Little more than two decades ago a fear psychosis was created by the JVP coupled with senseless murder to capture power. Today to create fear, it is bombs, murder, disappearances, lawlessness etc etc to stay in power.

Actually it is not bomb, the judge's house was stuck by lightning due to met department forecast. This time no foreign conspiracy, blame it on the weather.
