All the best!!!
My question is why can't the government hold elections for all provincial councils in one diet instead on a piecemeal basis? This clearly shows the stance of the incumbent rulers to deploy all resources, assets, etc. at their disposal to usurp power by whatever means. So how could we expect this election to reflect the true will of the people?

Wonder how they will win the presidential and general elections. The north will not vote for them anyway, the muslims will not vote for them after Aluthgama and the majority of us will not vote for them because of the corruption...

Why dont you ask UNP why they made this bahubootha constitution & electoral system with their 2/3 majority dictaorship of JRJ for them to have everlasting power short circuited by JVP ? Why should present govt chnage what is beneficial to them unless UNP admits they misruled this country 77-94 with a constitutional powers that this country people never asked for.
