another mobile phone tax, increase in fuel tax, increase tax on maruti's and reduction on Mercedes cars. No need for a budget, same every year.

What is the use asking for approval by Cabinet, just before presenting it? For that matter what is the use of presenting to the parliament, debating for days, and finally the government MPs whether they support it or not just voting for it. Without going through all these eye wash, just present as a document circulated giving whatever budget you want.
