President Mahinda Rajapaksa paid his last respect to the late UNP MP Dr. Jayalath Jayawardane at his Ja-Ela residence a short while ago, the government Information Department said.

Irrespective of politics MR has lot of human qualities which was there in during Mr Dudley Senananyake's era. Since then we rarely had a human politician and this way we have to appreciate MR.
