I don't see a difference between Chinese or USA based constructions. USA got hit badly even with their constructions. On the other hand, those who condemn China should open up their mobile phones, laptops and most other electronics lying around in their homes to see where they were built. My only worry is why they didn't think about building the highway on pillars. Cost may be high, but lot of advantages are there.
