Paba treated for swollen eye
Popular actress and MP Upeksha Swarnamali who is now receiving treatment at the Sri Jayawardenapura Hospital after an assault is now being treated for a swollen eye, hospital sources said.
“She was not discharged as her eye was swollen, she will continue to receive treatment at the hospital,” sources said. She is said to be suffering form a black eye as a result of the assault and might have suffered internal bleeding as a result.
Upkesha Swarnamali was admitted to Sri Jayawardenepura Hospital on Wednesday morning. (Yohan Perera and Supun Dias)
