Police attacked in China Bay

Three police officers were injured and admitted to the Trincomalee hospital after suspects at an illegal liquor den in China bay which the police were raiding assaulted the officers.

A police Sergeant was critically injured in the incident. The police have surrounded the area and conducting further investigations (AA)
