Suspended off-spinner Sachithra Senanayake has been included in Sri Lanka's provisional 30-man squad for next year's cricket World Cup.
Senanayake is currently serving a suspension after his bowling action was deemed illegal. He has undergone remedial work and is awaiting results of another test which will determine if he can be allowed to bowl again in international games.
Uncapped spinners Lakshan Sandaken – a left-arm chinaman bowler – and Tharindu Kaushal, were also included and all-rounder Farveez Maharoof was recalled after an absence of almost three years.
The World Cup begins in Australia and New Zealand next February.
