Mohamed Fausdeen, who is one of the main suspects involved in the killing of businessman M.M. Mohamed Siyam, was granted bail by the Colombo High Court.

Former DIG Vaas Gunawardena is also one of the suspects in the case. (Farook Thajudeen)

bail should not be granted to murder accuseds until the trial ia over.we should follow malaysian ,singaporean penal code system.

this is a good decision, Any person accused of committing a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law therefore Hats off Sri Lankan Government for Standing for Justice and Protecting Democracy in Sri Lanka !!!!!

At last Justice prevailed!!! Mohamed Fausdeen got bail purely on legal grounds. Sure he will come out clean Democracy still exists in SL with this Government !!!!
